Divine Silhouette Studio provides non-invasive body sculpting and permanent makeup services for cosmetic purposes only. All services offered are not medical treatments, do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and are not a substitute for medical care or advice from a licensed healthcare professional.
Results may vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. Individual outcomes depend on multiple factors including, but not limited to, body type, lifestyle, skin condition, aftercare, and adherence to pre- and post-treatment instructions.

Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, and health history prior to receiving any service. Certain conditions including pregnancy, medical implants, blood disorders, skin conditions, or use of specific medications, may make some services unsuitable.

By booking and receiving services, the client acknowledges that they have been fully informed of the nature of the services, possible risks, and expected outcomes, and voluntarily consent to treatment.
Divine Silhouette Studio, and its owner shall not be held liable for adverse reactions, complications, or results arising from incomplete disclosure, failure to follow aftercare instructions, or individual body responses.

Terms & Conditions
By booking, purchasing, or receiving services from Divine Silhouette Studio, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
Appointments & Booking
All appointments must be scheduled in advance. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Deposits & Payments
Deposits are applied toward the total service cost. Remaining balances are due at the time of service. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at booking. Failure to submit a deposit may result in cancellation of the appointment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
All deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward a one-time rescheduled appointment if at least 24 hours’ notice is provided. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. No-shows will be charged 50% of the service price and may be required to prepay for future appointments.
Late Policy
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or canceled to respect scheduled clients.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal services, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for services rendered, deposits, packages, or missed appointments. Results are not guaranteed and may vary.
Client Eligibility & Health Disclosure
Clients must disclose all medical conditions, medications, allergies, pregnancy status, and relevant health history prior to treatment. Divine Silhouette Studio reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if a client is deemed unsuitable for treatment.
Results Disclaimer
Individual results vary and are not guaranteed. Multiple sessions may be required to achieve desired results. By booking, the client acknowledges that outcomes depend on individual factors including lifestyle, aftercare, and body response.
Aftercare Responsibility
Clients agree to follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions provided. Failure to follow aftercare guidelines may affect results and will not be grounds for refunds or corrections.
Children, Guests & Pets
For safety and liability reasons, no children, additional guests, or pets are permitted during appointments unless prior approval is given.
Right to Refuse Service
Divine Silhouette Studio reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any client for any reason, including but not limited to safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, failure to disclose health information, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
Personal Property
Divine Silhouette Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought onto the premises.
Photography & Marketing
By booking an appointment with Divine Silhouette Studio, the client grants consent for photographs and/or videos taken before, during, or after services to be used for marketing, promotional, educational, and social media purposes on any platform associated with the business, including but not limited to the website, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other digital or print media.

Divine Silhouette Studio will take reasonable steps to protect client privacy. If the client has identifying tattoos, marks, or features, the studio will edit, blur, or remove such identifiers from images prior to posting whenever possible.

No additional compensation will be provided for the use of photos or videos. Images will be used professionally and respectfully to showcase services and results.
